2. Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of DiscPass. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You may not create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Marketplace Rules
DiscPass is a peer-to-peer marketplace for disc golf equipment. By listing items, you represent that you own them and have the right to sell or trade them. All listings must be for disc golf discs or related equipment.
- Listings must accurately describe the item's condition
- Photos must be of the actual item being listed
- Prices must be stated honestly and in the correct currency
- Counterfeit or stolen items are strictly prohibited
4. Transactions
DiscPass facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the completion of any trade or sale. Users are responsible for arranging shipping, payment, and any other logistics of their transactions.
DiscPass is not responsible for disputes between users. We encourage users to use the rating system and to communicate clearly through the platform's chat feature.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on DiscPass (photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting content, you grant DiscPass a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform.
You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post spam, misleading listings, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to circumvent the platform for off-platform transactions
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
7. Premium Subscriptions
DiscPass offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and active offers will be cancelled.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of users, or the completion of transactions. Use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
